While this is undeniably fact, if you want to reach YOUR pinnacle of success in bodybuilding either in terms of size, or size and definition, then precise nutrition becomes just as important as training, if not even more so. Changes in nutrition can take individuals at a standstill and change their lives, whether it is in saving one’s health, saving a relationship or winning a bodybuilding event. However, despite 1000’s of articles in the various magazines and the emergence of innumerable bodybuilding ‘gurus’, nutrition is still a vastly underestimated element in the bodybuilding equation with an enormous amount of misinformation and downright lies.
