#1 Lean Out

You should take Lean Out whenever it’s your goal to use stored bodyfat to meet your energy needs. It should always be your first-line fat loss supplement.

Lean Out helps your body burn stored fats, not your hard-earned lean muscle. Lean Out contains a combination of fat emulsifiers along with two key ingredients: L-Carnitine and Chromium Picolinate.

L-Carnitine is the substance your body uses to transport a fat cell into the mitochondria where it can be burned for energy. Your body can’t burn fat without it. It’s essential. Think of it this way, "The higher the level of L-Carnitine in the muscle, the greater the amount of bodyfat you’ll be able to use." Many fat loss products contain L-Carnitine, but the average amount in their products is 50 mg per serving, Lean Out contains 600 mg per serving.

Chromium Picolinate is the other crucial ingredient found in Lean Out. It can make your fat loss diet plan easier to follow and more effective. Studies have shown that chromium picolinate helps control appetite, improves the way the body utilizes sugars and carbohydrates, helps reduce sugar cravings, and increases the speed of fat reduction.

How to take Lean Out
We recommend that you take Lean Out with your meals. It works well with food so we’ve determined there is no reason to take it on an empty stomach or before your meal unless that’s just more convenient for you. Typical dose is at least 4 capsules daily split up among meals. For maximum fat loss, we recommend 2 capsules with each meal up to 12 per day.

7-Keto Musclean is a thermogenic agent that is clinically proven to increase metabolism and promote healthy weight loss. 7-Keto works through the up-regulation of three key fat burning enzymes. It promotes weight loss without stimulants and in peer reviewed studies it produced 3 times more weight loss than diet and exercise alone. If fat loss is your goal, start with Lean Out. Then after a few weeks add 7-Keto Musclean to prevent your metabolism from slowing down. 7-Keto and Lean Out are extremely effective when taken together. How to take 7-Keto Musclean
Like Lean Out, 7-Keto is most effective when you are watching your diet. Take 7-Keto twice daily. Take 2-3 capsules upon waking and 1-3 capsules before your midday meal. Start with the lower dosage and work up to 3 capsules twice daily. If three capsules a day causes any unpleasant side effects, drop down to two capsules per day and take with meals – 1 with breakfast and 1 with your pre training meal or lunch, then gradually work up to the recommended dosage as you get used to it.

#3 Muscularity BCAAs and Glutamine Select plus BCAAs

How do you decide which one to take?
Glutamine Select plus BCAAs is a drink mix powder that athletes sip on before, during, and after training. It is great for recovery and will help you spare and increase your lean muscle tissue.

Muscularity comes in capsules. You’ll get best results from Muscularity by taking two capsules with each meal. Muscularity also contains the same form of chromium as Lean Out and will help you lose fat and retain lean muscle.

If you are super motivated to build some nice lean muscle and your budget allows it then maybe you’ll want to try them both. Take two Muscularity capsules with each meal and then mix up two scoops of Glutamine Select in your water bottle and sip from it as you train or perform cardio.

#4 Energy Reserve

Burns fat, spares muscle glycogen, reduces muscle catabolism and enhances fat utilization! Energy Reserve is a terrific product, but Lean Out will do the job for most of you and it contains some other heart healthy and beneficial ingredients. How to take Energy Reserve
The most effective method is to take six tablets daily, distributed throughout the day. An easy and effective way is to take one tablet with each meal. But some clients prefer to take two tablets upon arising (especially if they are doing morning cardio), one tablet prior to training, two more tablets after training, and a final tablet before going to bed.

#5 GH Factor

For pure fat loss, I’d recommend GH Factor after Lean Out, 7-Keto, and Energy Reserve. But, that is no reflection on its effectiveness. Really, it’s just the price. It’s a little more costly than the others, but it also has some benefits that the others don’t have. We’ve found GH Factor combined with the right nutrition plan can give you a 5-lb fat loss with the first bottle.

How to take GH Factor
GH Factor should be taken on an empty stomach. First thing in the morning works for nearly everyone. Ideally, you’d take a second dose before bed or before your training. In either case you should be in a "fasted state". That means make sure you haven’t eaten in the previous three hours. If you find it hard to find a 3-hour window without a meal, take your second dose of GH Factor 45 minutes prior to a meal (or some wake up in the middle of the night).

How much?
Four capsules once per day works. For targeted fat loss results, take up to six capsules twice daily. GH Factor works by enhancing the body’s natural production of growth hormone.
