In this article, I’m going to share with you my action plan for achieving those goals. Starting out, I had a few things already going for me.
Upon learning I was pregnant with my third baby girl, Brooklynn, I set three goals for my pregnancy.
- Most important of all was to do everything that I could to ensure my baby’s health
- Continue to train moderately, eat healthfully, and keep myself in reasonably good shape during my pregnancy
- Get back to my pre-pregnancy weight within eight weeks of having my baby
