Mass Maker has that

Gives you a serious nutrition package. I know! This new formula helped me add nearly 15 lbs. of lean muscle mass and win three "Strongest Man Contests" in less than 12 weeks! The original Mass Maker was a groundbreaker in the field of legitimate weight-gainers. Mass Maker is now improved over its outstanding original form. The taste is awesome and the science behind it is REAL, and proven in the real world, not just on paper or in the lab. This is one of the most powerful mixtures ever put into a powder. Mass Maker gives you everything you need for growth and performance in one all encompassing package.

Imagine in your mind a complete nutrient rich body building meal, what would it include?

You’d of course start out with a great source of protein or even several sources of protein (such as milk protein, beef protein, egg whites, etc) for serious growth.

Next I’m sure you will think of some calorie and energy dense complex carbs from sources like, rice, corn, or oatmeal.

I’m sure you would also include a fibrous carb for ease of digestion and slower insulin release.

I’ll bet you would even include some essential fatty acids for health and maintenance.

And as a bonus, I bet you would hope that this meal would give you an ample supply of electrolytes and minerals.

Now if you are serious about getting true muscular growth from this "perfect meal" and not just water retention, bloating, and fat gain; you would not include simple sugars, dextrose, sucrose, additives, or fillers.

Guess What? Mass Maker does not have that!

Now, imagine preparing a meal that includes all of the above. Oops dream over! I’m sure most of you have just come crashing back down to reality. Preparing this meal 4-6 times a day is a major pain in the butt, and might be down right impossible for your schedule. Let’s face it, none of you have time to prepare perfect meals 4-6 times a day.

Even if you take one day and prepare enough food for the week, do you really like to carry that huge tower of Tupperware everywhere you go – searching for a microwave?

You don’t have to. You have Mass Maker.

Mass Maker includes every thing you need for a convenient, easy prep muscular support meal.

One serving of Mass Maker gives you 43 grams of carbs from our Tri Phase carbohydrate system featuring 2 complex carbs and a scientifically advanced fibrous carb called Inulin with a super low glycemic index level and a 10 hour release time.

You get 20 grams per serving (a double serving gives you 40 grams) of the highest quality protein from our Pro Mass protein blend. Pro Mass includes Calcium Caseinate, Milk Protein Isolate, Taurine, Whey Protein Isolate, Hydrolyzed Beef Plasma, Colostrum, and Egg White. Also included are a precise measure of essential fatty acids (while keeping the total fat content low), minerals, and electrolytes. What you get is a back-to-basics approach to real performance nutrition.

If you want some proof of how New Improved Mass Maker performs in the real world, I’ve got a great case study for you. Me!

This year I decided it was time to try something new in the way of competition. I set my sights on entering a Strongest Man Competition. That’s right, just like what you see on ESPN. I targeted a competition in October. I’d first have to compete at a preliminary meet in early September where only the top 3 finishers could advance.

Adversity struck almost immediately. I was serving as an assistant track coach for a high school track team and was considering the possibility of entering a track meet this summer. The Pole Vault is my event, and one day in May on my first jump in practice my left hamstring exploded. I’ve never experienced anything like it. I had a deep tear in my hamstring.

The next morning, I started rehabbing with the help of my chiropractor. This was a potential disaster for my goal to enter my first Strongman competition in September. I knew I’d have to take some time off from training and allow my hamstring to totally heal. My weight dropped. I ended up at 176 lbs. and 10% bodyfat on June 3rd.

Now it was time to start in earnest. Here at Beverly we’d been reformulating Mass Maker and needed to see if the improvements we made actually worked in the real world. Fortunately I have access to products sometimes long before they are available to the public. I became the test case. And the new Mass Maker formula was just what I needed.

Strongman events are like a blend of Track & Field and weightlifting. I needed superior athletic performance, not just brute strength. I needed lean muscular weight gain, not just weight gain. If I gained fat, it would only make me slower and less functional.

I needed a product that was calorie and nutrient rich to fuel my grueling workouts, speed recovery, and stimulate muscle growth. Mass Maker proved to be all of this and more. I started using Mass Maker 2-3 times per day in addition to my whole food meals. Sometimes I’d add a scoop of Ultimate Muscle Protein to Mass Maker for an incredible size gaining meal. This combination is one of the best tasting combinations I’ve ever blended in just water alone.

In addition to Mass Maker, the other essential supplements I included in my program were: Beverly pure Creatine Monohydrate cycled on an off, Ultra 40, Mass, ZMA, and Joint Care. (See attached diet). Joint Care helped my hamstring recover in record time – one of its core ingredients, MSM promotes elasticity in the muscle. Normally, I used 6 Joint Care a day. If something started to hurt, which my wrists did occasionally, I would bump it up to 9 per day for about 10 days.

To make a long story short, my program worked. It really worked! I had a constant supply of energy from the Tri Phase carbohydrate system and Ultra 40 during my training. My strength was going through the roof! The combination of Creatine Monohydrate and Mass Maker was key in that respect. I would simply take 1 tsp. of Creatine Monohydrate prior to each meal mixed in water or mixed with Mass Maker for 7 days and then take 1 tsp. three times daily mixed in Mass Maker or water for 3 weeks to cycle. The combination of creatine and Mass Maker is far better for true quality strength and muscular gain than any of the inferior creatine products you see with all the ridiculous sugars added to them. A constant and slow influx of first-rate carbs, not sugar, is what you ideally want in this scenario, and Mass Maker gives you that.

In just two months, I was up to 191lbs at 9% bodyfat. That’s right, a 16 lb. gain of natural muscle and absolutely zero fat gain. Now it was time to hold my weight where it was to ensure that I still made my weight class in my Strongman Competitions. The cut-off is usually between 185 and 200 lbs. To manipulate my weight so that I would be at the class’ upper limit, I would just adjust the amount of Mass Maker and Ultimate Muscle Protein, or Muscle Provider. One of our revisions to the new Mass Maker was to use a smaller scoop to make it much more versatile. The label instructions list one serving as three small scoops, but you can be as precise as you wish as to how many grams of carbs and protein you use. And that is what real performance bodybuilding nutrition is about…precision.

With the help of new Mass Maker I took first place in all of my Strongest Man Competitions. In many events I outperformed competitors in all weight classes (as many as 35), while being outweighed by as much as 130 lbs.! While the big guys were running out of energy and glycogen stores I was still going strong on Mass Maker’s Tri Phase system featuring its 10-hr release time.

By the end of my competitions in October I had six trophies and 3 medals – all First Place! In addition, I got the chance to perform for a Canadian extreme TV show, pulling a 23,000-lb. Commuter plane by a harness and then by a seated arm over arm rope pull! I know that Mass Maker had a lot to do with my performance. I never once ran out of energy during an event.

My only fear was that at some point I’d reinjure my hamstring Lifting a 300 lb. Stone from the ground onto a 4-foot platform or doing a 30-yard sprint with 400 lbs. in your hands is not exactly easy on your hamstrings. To prevent cramps and create the proper electrolyte balance in the body, both potassium and salt (sodium chloride) are added to Mass Maker in a perfect 2:1 ratio. (We also use this ratio the final week with bodybuilding competitors – so don’t worry about the small amount of sodium.)

Mass Maker helped me accomplish my goals – not only did I achieve a 15-lb. gain in lean tissue but I also was able to compete and win three Strongest Man Contests.

Now, new Advanced Mass Maker is available to the public and you have the chance to achieve your goals, too. You’ll have the luxury of enjoying Mass Maker’s rich creamy taste, not only as a superior weight gainer, but it’s so versatile you can even use it on a calorie restrictive plan for fatloss or competition. With Mass Maker you get a portable meal that will fit into almost any type of diet.

Beverly International’s line of powders is the most versatile of any in the industry. I often hear the question, "What’s the difference between all the Beverly protein powders and why do you have so many different ones?" Remember first, our target client is not the general public. We cater to high-level bodybuilders and performance athletes.

Now, let’s use Mass Maker as an example. By itself, Mass Maker is 64% carbohydrate, 30% protein, and 6% fat. By itself, it would be considered high carb, moderate protein and low fat. Because we offer a small scoop instead of a premeasured packet it can be mixed easily with other powders to create different ratios of macronutrients. For instance, mix one scoop Mass Maker with one scoop Ultimate Muscle Protein and you now have a ratio of 46% protein, 37% carbohydrate, and 17% fat. Mix with Muscle Provider and you can create a meal that’s high protein (54%), moderate carb 38%, and 8% fat. The possibilities are endless and you determine what you need – not the premeasured packet.

Let’s break it down one more time. With Mass Maker you get a "Winning TriFecta" for growth and performance. The Tri Phase carbohydrate system gives you two starchy complex carb sources and a third fibrous carb source from Dahlia Inulin. Inulin has a glycemic index of less than 10 and has a slow release time over 10 hours! You get a nutrient dense source of calories, and energy producing quality carbs while at the same time keeping your insulin levels stable and constant. Your muscles will be fuel injected with rich nutrients around the clock.

The second piece of Mass Maker’s "Trifecta" is the Pro Mass protein blend. The first protein, Calcium Caseinate, works along with the Tri Phase system to keep your insulin levels stable and deliver a slow constant stream of amino acids and nutrients. Next you get Milk Protein Isolate, considered the mother of all proteins – a specialized blend of casein and whey that emulates "the rich, growth inducing nutrients found in mothers milk", and Mass Maker gives you a big dose of it. Along with Taurine and Whey Isolate, you also get Colostrum. Colostrum is a rich source of growth factors, and has been shown to increase IGF-1 levels in athletes. Studies on Colostrum conclude: more muscle, less fat! Isn’t that what all of us want? Another unique ingredient in Pro Mass is Hydrolyzed Beef. We only know of one other product that contains red meat protein and that’s Ultimate Muscle Protein. Red meat protein has long since proven its effectiveness for growth. Egg white completes the blend creating Mass Maker’s distinctive Amino Acid profile.

The final piece of the "trifecta" is the mineral and electrolyte content. If you’re concerned about physical performance, this is a must. And even if you’re not competing in a "performance sport" or "Strongest Man" competition, you’re definitely concerned about how your performance in the gym. Mass Maker includes an advanced electrolyte complex of Calcium, Phosphorous, Magnesium, Selenium, Iron, Iodine, Zinc, Copper and a 2:1 ratio of Potassium to Sodium.

So there you have it. Mass Maker gives you everything you need to supercharge your diet into a weight-gaining machine or provide convenience to replace a prepared meal on a strict diet plan!

Mass Maker is all you need to build that "perfect meal".

Now here’s the exact diet and supplement program I used during the past summer in training for three Strongest Man Contests. Not only did I win each of the contests, but added 16 lbs. of lean muscle while dropping my body fat from 10% to 9%.
